Schimburi de Timbre uzate.

Hello everybody.

First of all I always use commemorative stamps, recent ones for postage, never definitives, no labels. Hope you do the same.
As it's very hard to get recent ones, it's very easy to send the receiver at least one or a few, on the cover!

I quit for quite some time, for several reasons: certain ratings, but also it seems to me that some collectors only want the best for themselves, they don't care of the others, just send them 100 very common stamps, everybody has plenty of.
It's not fair sending nice stamps (spending lots of money to find nice stamps) and getting the most common stamps in return. Of course its according to the rules, but to me there's more. Always trying to please the receiver as well. Isn't that the main goal? Swapping, trying the best?
To help all collectors to increase their collection?

So I will give it another try...let's hope for the best.

Slovenia
Balkan states
Former Sovjet states (from 1992), like Moldova, Kazachstan, Belarus etc
Luxemburg
Cyprus
Czech republic

I know these are hard to get
Stamps from Western Europe are fine too
(no Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands, I've got so many of these countries)
Eastern Europe is more than welcome, but only the issues after 1992

RSA, New Zealand are also nice to receive

Again.
No CTO
No definitives
Off paper
No stamps from Warschau pact period (like DDR, CCCP, Magyar posta etc)
No Cinderella's
No UN.

Try to avoid sending the most common ones.
